1. Our services

Venue Perfection services include a hire, delivery, installation/set-up and removal of all decorative items as outlined in the quote provided. We do not provide venue hire, catering, entertainment or any services specifically not listed in your booking confirmation.

2. Booking and deposits

A non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required to secure your date. The client’s booking is not confirmed until this payment has been received.

2a. The remaining balance must be paid in full, no later than four weeks before the event. If payment is not received by the stated date on the quote, then Venue Perfection reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

3. Changes and amendments

Amendments to your booking must be made in writing. We will make every effort to accommodate changes. For any additional items, they will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Final changes must be made no later than four weeks before your event takes place.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4a. If the client chooses to cancel their booking for any reason, then Venue Perfection has the right to retain the client’s Non-refundable deposit.

4b. In the unlikely event that Venue Perfection must cancel or cannot attend the event all payments will be refunded in full.

5. Hire & Damage

5a. All hired items remain the property of Venue Perfection. The client is responsible for ensuring that hired items are not damaged, lost or stolen during the hire period. Any items returned damaged or missing may incur a charge at full replacement price.

6. Delivery set up & Collection

6a. Set up and collection times will be agreed in advance and must be confirmed with the venue. Additional charges may apply for early morning, late night or restricted access. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue is available to access at the agreed times. Venue Perfection is not liable for delays caused by restricted access or venue rules.

7. Health and safety

7a. All décor supplied complies with relevant safety standards. The client must inform Venue Perfection of any venue restrictions (for example, no naked flames, wall fixings, no confetti) . Venue Perfection we accept no responsibility if items cannot be installed due to undisclosed restrictions.

8. Client responsibilities

8a. The client is responsible for confirming that the venue permits decorations. The client must provide accurate details of the event, including Date, Time and Address.

Venue Perfection accepts no responsibility for problems arising from incorrect information provided.

8b. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully check their quotation and booking to ensure that all details, including dates, times, venue information, items hired and quantities are correct. Venue Perfection cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions that are not brought to our attention in writing prior to the final payment deadline.

9. Uncontrollable circumstances

9a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, (e.g. fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions or venue closure) Venue Perfection will make a reasonable effort’s to reschedule services to a new date. Refunds will not be issued, but deposits may be transferred to a new booking within 12 months, where possible.

10. Liability & insurance

10a. Venue Perfection will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury that arises from the use of our services or products. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by traffic, venue restrictions or third-party suppliers. Clients are strongly advised to take up their own event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

11. Photography & Marketing

11a. We may take photographs of the décor once installed at your event to use for our website and social media. This will not include identifiable images of guests without permission. If you do not wish for photographs to be used from your event, please inform us in writing prior to your event.
